SHIPPING

How long does delivery take?

Delivery depends on the shipping method you select. For ground orders, it takes 24 hours to process the shipment and 5 – 7 business days for shipping. For expidited shipping, it takes 24 hours to process and shipping is 2-day. Please note orders are only processed during business hours; if an order is placed after 12pm it may be processed the following day. Once your package has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number.

 

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders with a value of $75 or more. If your order is less than $75, a shipping charge will be estimated based on your order.

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states; however, at this time we do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

How can I track my shipment?

Once your package has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number.

 

I made a mistake in my order, how can I change it?

If a change is necessary, Contact Us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.

Which payment methods do you offer?

There are several payment options available on our site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We only charge sales tax for purchases made within the state of North Carolina. Sales tax is charged on the order total and includes product and shipping charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange the products I have ordered?

You have the right to exchange or return any unworn product within 45 days of receipt for a full refund if you are dissatisfied. No questions asked.

When you return or exchange an item, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will exchange your item or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

We do not take responsibility for any item(s) lost during the return shipping.

 

How do I return my order?

May I return items I purchased from a retail store with Terramarsports.com?

No, currently any products purchased from a retail store should be returned at the retail store where it was purchased.

 

What happens if I get damaged or wrongly packaged products?

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), please Contact Us and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

What’s the best way to keep the product lasting for as long as possible?

We work hard to ensure that our products are of the highest quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handling of your terramar product.

For all products refer to the wash instructions on the inside label. We recommend turning garments inside out. For best results, hang dry all items. Do not iron or use bleach.
