Far thinner and a different cut than earlier Silkskins

I had purchased some SilkSkins a few years ago and loved them. The horizontal fly was great. When I found the current ones online, I was thrilled. When I wore the new ones, I was very disappointed. The fabric is very sheer, like thin women’s panties. The previous ones were more of a thin waffle weave. The cut of the new ones is for men with a very long rise. They feel like they would go almost up to your arm pits. Unfortunately, underwear is not returnable so I had no choice but to keep it.
